A downloadable game for Windows

It's 100 degrees in the vault, but you need to stay on your toes. The city water distribution system's computer is down, but the customers still want their water. Use the wrench to give everyone the water they need and don't keep them waiting!
This game was developed during ShenaniJam 2019, inspired by the Wrench 101 theme.
